On Friday, 9th October 2026, the iMake Art Foundation (iMAF) team, alongside Pyramid Hub Studios & Co, returned to Bricks London for our second showcase edition: Off The Record (OTR) Vol. #2.

Part of our 12-month Community Sound Sessions Initiative, powered by The National Lottery Community Fund—the night proved once again what happens when you create a dedicated space for London’s rawest emerging talent, DJs, and creative community.

From Slow Burn to Electric Atmosphere

If you’ve ever put on an event, you know that the initial buildup can give you a bit of event anxiety! But as the doors stayed open, the room filled out organically into a packed, high-energy crowd.

Compared to our debut event in July, Vol. #2 showed undeniable growth. The room was buzzing from front to back, with an engaged audience holding up phone lights, cheering on every act, and creating an intimate, electric connection between the stage and the floor.

Spontaneous networking, new creative relationships, and pure collaboration took center stage throughout the night, proving that OTR is quickly becoming a vital hub for grassroots music culture in London.

Live Performance & DJ Highlights

The night kicked off with seamless selections from our effervescent host, Aaron Deacon and DJ lineup, featuring D-Lo Bear and DJ Mega Boss setting a smooth vibe early on before building into heavy-hitting performance sets.

From magnetic stage presence to raw lyricism and vocal talent, every artist on the bill brought their absolute A-game. Behind the decks, our DJs kept the room moving between sets, ensuring there wasn't a single dull moment all night long.

Beyond the performances, what made the evening truly special was seeing artists, producers, videographers, and music lovers connecting off-stage at the bar, building relationships that will lead to future collaborations.
