The iCreative Workshop Series:

Empowering the Next Generation of Talent

The iCreative workshops are designed to engage and inspire young people through the creative arts, providing a professional alternative to negative community influences. Administered by experienced industry professionals, these sessions serve as vital "tastemaker tools" that introduce participants to educational and employment pathways within the UK music and media sectors.

Detailed Program Outline

Our series offers a flexible 4-session structure delivered either as an intensive 4-day block or once weekly over four weeks.

 

Available Workshop Courses:

 

  • Music Business 101: How to Make Money

    • Duration: 1 hour per session (4 hours total)

    • Focus: A deep dive into UK revenue streams, including royalties (PRS/PPL), sync licensing, digital streaming, and brand partnerships.

  • Vocal Workshop: A Holistic Approach

    • Duration: 2 hours per session (8 hours total)

    • Focus: Comprehensive training in vocal care, breathing techniques, phrasing, and stage performance etiquette for all skill levels.

​

  • Music Production (Logic Pro)

    • Duration: 4 hours per session (16 hours total)

    • Focus: Hands-on proficiency in Logic Pro, covering beat making, MIDI fundamentals, recording, and professional mixing/mastering.

  • Collaborative Songwriting & Recording

    • Duration: 4 hours per session (16 hours total)

    • Focus: A&R-led creative sessions where artists and producers work together to develop concepts, structure arrangements, and record polished demos.

  • CS & Recording + Music Biz 101

    • Duration: 5 hours per session (20 hours total)

    • Focus: A combined course pairing our full Collaborative Songwriting and Recording program with a dedicated hour of Music Business 101 per session.

  • Music Production & Music Biz 101

    • Duration: 5 hours per session (20 hours total)

    • Focus: Our most comprehensive offering, combining intensive Logic Pro technical training with foundational music business knowledge for a 360-degree industry education.

 

Key Outcomes: Participants leave with actionable 3-month career plans, increased creative confidence, and a well-rounded understanding of how to protect their rights and monetize their talent in the modern UK industry.
